Our enrollment process is designed to be simple, transparent, and
supportive — ensuring you feel confident and informed from your first inquiry through your child’s first day.
Who We Serve
Impact Early Learning Academy provides high-quality, Christ-centered early education for children from:
• Infants
• Toddlers
• Preschool
• Pre-Kindergarten
• Before & After School Care (School-Age Children)
Programs are offered based on availability and age eligibility.
Our Enrollment Process
We encourage families to begin by learning more about our programs and scheduling a tour.
This allows you to:
Step 1: Learn More & Schedule a Tour
• Meet our leadership and teaching team
• Visit classrooms and learning spaces
• Learn about our curriculum and faith-based approach
• Ask questions and explore whether our Academy is the right fit
for your family
Tours are offered by appointment only.
Step 2: Submit an Enrollment Application
Once you decide to move forward, families will complete an enrollment
application. Applications may be submitted:
• Online (when available), or
• In person at the Academy
A non-refundable application/enrollment fee may apply.
Step 3: Enrollment Review & Availability
Enrollment is based on:
• Classroom availability
• Child’s age and developmental readiness
• Completion of all required documentation
Once space is confirmed, families will receive an enrollment
acceptance and next-steps communication.
Step 4: Complete Required Forms
Prior to your child’s start date, families must submit all required
paperwork, which may include:
• Enrollment forms
• Immunization records
• Health & emergency contact forms
• Parent Handbook acknowledgment
• Tuition agreement
Our administrative team is happy to assist with any questions during
this process.
Step 5: Welcome to the Impact Family
Once enrollment is finalized, we’ll work with you to ensure a smooth
transition for your child. Families will receive:
• Start date confirmation
• Classroom placement information
• Daily schedule details
• Communication expectations

Tuition & Rates
Tuition is based on your child’s age and program placement. Rates are subject to change and are assessed on a weekly basis.
Weekly Tuition Rates:
• Infants (6weeks - 12months) : $330 per week
• 12–18 Months : $315 per week
• 18–24 Months : $300 per week
• 2-Year-Olds : $280 per week
• 3-Year-Olds : $260 per week
Georgia Pre-K Program:
Pre-K Tuition: Free (state-funded)
• Optional Before & After Care: $75 per week
Payment Policies
• Tuition is due weekly, in advance.
• Payments are expected no later than 12:00 p.m. on Monday of each week.
• Late fees will be applied to accounts with unpaid balances after the deadline.
• Tuition is due regardless of attendance, holidays, or illness.
Sibling Discount
We are pleased to offer a 10% sibling discount for families with more than one child enrolled. The discount applies to the second child’s tuition.
